"United construction evolution yeferson he changed front door was lot of work with 2 windows had to take it apart the all frame was old 1950 and rebuil the new frame because they don’t make it anymore that measurement and a tenant door and frame ,build a rail in the back out side about 80 feet with steps then fix the out side wall was with lots ad bumps with bricks stick out made it smooth and painted with prime and special paint rebuilt a chimney and lots of other minor jobs very professional always on time very respectful polite a truly professional including all the workers .The cost was very faire and convenient "

"We had the aging cement board siding on our house painted with dark grey. We had a very large area to paint. Single thick coat looks real good. Workers first washed house down. After drying, all trim abutting cement board was sealed. Then several workers banged out house painting in 1 1/2 days. I was amazed at how quick they worked with diligence. a few days later a couple workers returned to paint the front door (no extra cost). They also recoated paint on the the columns and painted trim boards around the front porch without us asking. Work was very professional and thorough. The price was very reasonable and the payment schedule was broken down in manner agreeable for both us and PLJ. "They did a pretty good job with the patio itself. However, left a lot of concrete and screws all around it. They also dumped a bunch of concrete in my back yard behind my shed. I was not at all happy when I saw that. Very unprofessional. Also, one of my dogs I tied out back chewed threw his lead and got paw prints on the concrete. I asked about fixing it. I was told it could be fixed. I called him again about it then, never heard from him again. I totally expected to pay for that service as it was not their fault. But, instead they chose to ignore me. I picked up lots of concrete chunks and long screws around the patio."

"Outstanding company from the sales person to the project manager to the very competent roofers. The estimate to replace my roof was not the highest or the lowest but was realistic. I was in constant contact with various personnel who kept me informed about the project. On installation day, the crew of 8 roofers began work at 7:30am and finished at 2:30pm. All waste was cleaned up and placed in the dumpster. Overall, a great company to consider when replacing your roof."
