Instead, he demonstrated his integrity by realistically assessing the situation even if it would jeopardize the sale. This is commendable particularly in this era where cutthroat business practices are commonplace. I highly recommend Basement Gurus. They are fortunate to have an employee like Josh who exhibits concern for the customer at such a high level. "

"I am still waiting for the return of my deposit as it has been a week since I put this review on hold after putting in the notice that day 24 June of cancellation by email and next day mail. As I have said before I am a disabled Vet, Senior citizen with health problems. I have copies of the emails that I sent on the days of 06/24/2023 and by next day Mail on the 27th notarized copies of the cancellation. Tried calling but went to voice mail. No work has been done so a rating cannot be done on the work, only the price. This job was way overpriced and never got the chance to compare. The salesman was a good person but I have my family doing it for thousands less."

"Excellent. David was very efficient at getting me quickly scheduled for the installation of the film and once at our home, he and his assistant neatly finished the job in only a few hours. He is truly an expert in this kind of work and is very meticulous. The film works great keeping out UV and heat rays and allows our home to stay full of sunshine throughout the day without damaging furniture, wall hangings, rugs etc. or adding to the AC load. Very happy with the film and David's work."
