"Universal Windows Direct of Manchester provided not only prompt, professional, and preferred service, they also provided a peace of mind for the service they provided. The owner personally visited my home and suggested several suggestions to address my concerns. Never was I pressured, pursued, or offered a product which I had not asked. Universal Windows Direct offered me the security that I knew that this was a company of integrity and honesty. So much so, that when the work was done, I was not home. Unbelievable! And, when I returned home from work on the day of my new window installation, all I could see was the view from my new window...windex'd cleaned, with no evidence that they has ever been in my house. Universal Windows Direct of Manchester treated my home- as their home, with respect and responsibility. They not only met my concerns, they under promised and very much over delivered. Would I use them again...you bet, in a flash! Thank you Universal Windows Direct of Manchester. Doug Robinson, Derry, NH 03038"

"Having lived in our house for 32 years, we needed a lot of work done before putting it on the market. Torin was a consummate professional from start to finish. He was responsive and flexible. He and his crew painted all the rooms on our first and second floors; replaced toilets, windows, doors, railings, and light fixtures; refinished tubs; repaired siding damage, fascia boards, rot, and ceiling damage; installed insulation; and did additional work to the interior and exterior of our garage. He brought in electricians and plumbers as needed. Torin completed all work in a timely manner, and we always knew where we were in the process. I could not recommend him more highly!"

"It was a pleasure working with Peter. We hired him to remove front stairs and replace it with stairs and a landing. He was very communicative, always updating us on the project. He was professional and worked closely with the town to get permits. The results exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Peter! Give him a call."

"The removal of existing siding and the application of the vinyl siding was done quickly, skillfully and the clean up (including removal of the dumpster) was completed all within 2 weeks. Robin has been installing vinyl siding for many years and it shows!"

"Working with Michael and his team on our front door and front porch replacement was a pleasure. I explained my vision, he made a few suggestions and the end result is perfect. You can trust Michael to provide excellent contractors and customer service. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone."

"I liked that there was no nonsense. Their salesman was straightforward and the price was fair. We were also impressed with the installers. They installed all the windows in 1 day and they look great. I'm happy I chose them."

"Great to work with, completed work in a timely manner, gave advice and suggestions of construction. Completed 2 rooms in the basement and a nursery on second floor."

"Conlon with Shoreline Woodcraft along with his crew did an excellent job on our family room renovation. Easy to work with, adapted to changes/adds and delivered on our requests. Always left the job site clean at the end of each day. I'd highly recommend them and would use them again in the future."

"We just completed several weeks of overdue, exterior work on our home with Phil Merrill, of Merrill's Home Repair & Renovation. We were very lucky to find Phil! Heâ s a true sleuth and master when it comes to rot, especially. He and his excellent team, Patrick and Trevor, replaced several challenging areas of rot, fixed flashing and leaks, replaced siding, roofing, windows, and a large slider. Weâ d been avoiding such a big project, but it went very smoothly. Phil and his team were professional and efficient, dependable, skilled and careful, always fair and friendly, and infinitely patient with our questions about how the problems happened and how to better care for our old cape. Every day Phil embodied his motto "It's not just a job, it's a passion!" We could not recommend Merrillâ s Home Repair & Renovation (Seabrook, 603-997-6984) more highly. Thank you Phil, Patrick, and Trevor!"
