I was not available to answer questions, and they weren't certain about whether they were supposed to cut a branch off cut off a larger part of the tree. They erred conservatively, and when I called back to ask them to cut the larger part of the tree off, they were back the very next morning and done in about 5 minutes. Friendly, efficient, and I would definitely recommend them. <br />"
