"When I first called, Josh Tibbets was very kind and patient while I explained what kind of installation I was looking for. The installer was able to come out within days of my generator arriving. He was very nice and insisted on cleaning up after himself in the basement even though I told him I'd take care of it. There was a minor issue after he left regarding power being out to a couple of appliances. I called TRT and Josh said he would have him come back right away. In less than an hour he was back and resolved the issue quickly. I will certainly use them for an future electrical needs I may have. The customer service was excellent."
