"I have used Power up before with complete satisfaction. Frank replaced about 250 feet of cable and conduit and 6 LED low voltage lights. The driveway is very narrow and is bordered by a 2 foot wide shrubbery bed. The juniper planted in the bed has heavy roots that impeded digging of the trench for the new conduit. Also, there are other pipes in the trench. Frank and his crew dug very carefully and avoided damaging the pipes and the Juniper. He covered the trench with good dirt to rejuvenate the plants. Frank asked me to check that the work was satisfactory. I checked the lights after dark and found that some of them were not high enough to clear the shrubbery,. and did not illuminate the driveway. Fran is returning to fix this problem. This company is very knowledgeable, competent and considerate. Don't use anyone else."

"What can't I say about James, Ernie & Bryan/Brien. I hired Zero Electric (ZE) to raise/replace my front and backyard electrical outlets. James examined the outlets & suggested what he thought would be best. When we got to the 4th outlet, I guess he must have read my facial expression that I was not convinced. He not only re-suggested how he thought these outlets should be reinstalled but physically showed me & stated why. I was convinced & agreed that his suggestion was best. He and his guys were very attentive, they listened and are personable. Even though the day was a scorcher, James said it would take 4 hrs which it did. I have had other contractors do work for me, ZE is the 2nd contractor's staff that I was very impressed with. Their work is excellent, warm, pleas'g characters and a joy to be around. "Ryan O. was the best. He presented himself professionally, as he review the job, Ryan explained everything with the step by step process of the project. He explained their portion of the work, from the time they get to my place thru the swift approval of the building inspector. He explained what we need and recommended what we don t need to help me save money. He also prep us up for future Solar Panels as well as Electrical Vehicle junction box connection. The connection will make it possible without the need of breaking the walls again, just to add either of the two service. As his workers (Jesse,Hector, George and Miguel) came in early, they were really quiet, knowing that my wife will be asleep from working the previous evening. Their setup was well organized and during the work they kept the area very clean. They also organize/ planned their work inside the house to minimize the disturbance to us. They communicated with radio or cell phones so not to yell to each other. They politely ask if they can come in and explained to us what work need to be done inside the house. Ryan and Samantha (admin) worked closely with us to complete the eDoc invoice proposal making sure the change was in writing and accurate for my Signature.
