I started my search for a roofing contractor during the pandemic and was universally unimpressed with the bulk of contractors who came to estimate the job. That is, prior to meeting Gabe and the folks at Top Notch. Not only are the competitively priced, but they send an actual roofing expert out for estimating, as opposed to a salesman. I immediately felt was in good hands as he answered all my questions with authority and knowledge. On the job site, the crew was clean, polite, and professional. We did have a few hiccups along the way, which as anyone who has ever done renovation can tell you, is par for the course. These specific hiccups were discontinued products and shipping damages that were simply accidents. Just bad luck that had nothing to do with Top Notch. But it was their reaction to the situation that really won me over. Gabe, the foreman, and Jessica went above and beyond to come to my house on multiple weekends to install skylights because that is the kind of business they operate."

They cleaned up during each stage of the project and always communicated well with me about timing and issues that came up. Our garage dimensions were awkward and not a perfect rectangle by any means - these guys had to craft a kit of workarounds for irregular shapes and curves. "I called several contractors and they were the first to call back and they came over soon after. They looked at the roof and gave us an estimate and a sample of the roofing material they would use. We scheduled a time but the weather had to be right for the materials. As soon as we had a good warm day they came over and replaced or 11'x11' flat roof in one day. They also extended the drip edge and tightened up the trim. I am hoping to have them come back in the spring to give me an estimate for the rest of the roof. I would recommend them."

"Caleb was punctual and very professional when he arrived to give us an estimate for cleaning the house.  He explained what he would do and walked around the house taking notes on particularly dirty areas and soon after provided us with a written estimate.  He used environmentally sound cleaning products.  He was able to fit us in to a busy schedule and arrived on time to perform the job with another man.  They worked tirelessly and did a great job.  I was very impressed with the care they took and how clean the house was after.  Caleb is also a painter and I have no doubt that his painting would be just as meticulous - he really seems to be a prefectionist who knows his stuff!"
