"Provider gave an estimate of cleaning roof, and gutters. I said that I only wanted the roof done, but when I came home, the gutters were done anyway. Received a bill for both. Called numerous times to no avail-received no call back. Law only provides that consumers pay for work they agree to have done. <br /> Bushes/ground cover were not covered, and several had burns for a several months afterward. This guy would be okay if he just responded to calls, and would be more prompt about appointments. <br /> The concept is a good one and should be an easy sale. <br />"

"I called Matt on a Saturday afternoon when we discovered the problem. He was there within the hour. Checked the moisture damage and gave us an explanation of what he would do and an estimate. He set machines up right away to begin handling the situation. From dealing with the mold and removing drywall, carpet, doors, etc. to the rebuild, Matt and his crew were great! Matt communicates with the customer extremely well and and offers options along the way. He and his crew are total professionals with high standards. You may see other companies advertising constantly, but Matt is the guy to call when need help. I would recommend him without reservation."

I told him exactly what I wanted and he didn't try to oversell and we decided on exactly what would be best to meet my needs. After a few rain delays the crew arrived on time on the appointment date. Crew was quiet and efficient. They had the old roof off with some wood replacement and the new roof on in about 10 hours. Steep roof with dormers. They did an awesome job of clean up. I did have one concern after the job was done and that was about chimney flashing. Jason came personally and totally re-did the flashing to much better than it ever was and on a Saturday! I also had three estimates and Cousins was by far the best. Overall excellent experience, the roof looks great and Jason is very easy to work with."
