"By far the best business experience I have had in a long time. Where to start, Paul the salesman was great, he came out for a quote no hassle. Looked at the roof and quoted me quickly. I told him I had another company I was comparing to and would get back to him. No pressure tactics. Communication was consistent and clear. Booked appointment and was able to have an install date within a week! Now fast forward to the install day. Kevin is the man (I assume foreman) was at the job 45 mins before his team was supposed to get there to go over everything with me. He explained what he would be doing and if anything throughout the day changed he would not only text/call but text pictures of everything. A few pieces of plywood needed to be replaced and Boom pictures came to my phone of where and the old pieces to see the damaged ones. He kept his word all the way to the point that i had a tree company coming to quote me on taking trees down and i received text messages from Kevin that they were there in the back quoting my other job. Lastly i had an old dish on the house which i requested to come off. Not only did they take the dish off and remove the wire but the Vines that were climbing up the lines one of his guys was ripping those out and off for me. All in all i can't say how impressed i am with this team. They truly went above and beyond and when you spend a good amount of money on companies to work at your home it can make you nervous on what type of outcome it will be. I have no doubts about this company and recommend if you ever need anything roof related to please contact them for your job. "I don't often write reviews, but, I figured this was well worth it. After the 70 MPH gusts a few weeks back, I had lost some shingles. I called five different roofing companies, and no one but David from Pinnacle got back to me. David came out when he said he would, and was the only roofer that came and went up on the roof. He took a ton of pictures, uploaded them, and sent me a detailed estimate and explained every picture and the estimate to me so I could fully understand what was happening. My roof was older, and I knew it needed to be replaced, David confirmed that. He answered every single question professionally, and was lightning fast on his responses. He even helped compare some of my other quotes (I got 4 in total) and just really seemed to want what was best for my home. He didn't talk down about any other company. I will say this, for the 4 quotes I got, Pinnacle was not the most expensive. It was the second cheapest, and they were barely more than what the lowest quote was. Combine that with the incredible customer service, it made spending the small extra seem well worth it. The crew came out when they said they would. They were done within the day, and the entire job was cleaned up and finished by 5:30. The foreman, John, was great to talk to. He explained everything in detail that had to be done, what the scope was once they got the shingles off, and he didn't surprise me with anything out of the ordinary or extra charges. The clean up was fast, and well done, and on top of that, while they were up on the roof they fixed a few pieces of siding that had been knocked loose by the wind. I really can't complain about anything. I'm definitely a pain homeowner, and am very VERY particular. Pinnacle made me feel at ease, and they did a nice job. I will certainly recommend them to everyone I know without question. I see now why they are one of the biggest roofers around the area and why I see their signage on most of the new commercial properties popping up all over Schenectady county."

"Very impressed with responsiveness, professionalism, technology, and value provided by Gunner Roofing. The copper flashing was pulling away from around my chimney and looked like it was in need of repair or replacement. I had previously worked with another well reviewed roofing company on Angie's List that missed my scheduled appointment to examine my chimney flashing. So I was very pleased when Andrew from Gunner showed up exactly when promised, and I was quite fascinated with his use of a drone to take precise aerial photographs of the work to be performed from all angles - a rather tech savvy approach. Gunner provided a detailed estimate within hours, that was only 1/3 the cost of the estimate I ultimately received from that other roofer. Gunner Roofing completed the work on time, and did a very satisfactory job. This was a relatively modest project, but based on my experience, I hope to use Gunner Roofing when it comes time to redo my entire roof."

"Everything went very well. Don and his team arrived to my home at the scheduled time. They were professional and courteous throughout the job and answered any questions I had. DF Construction had the best price and was able to give me a bay window to replace a bow window. Another company said they couldn't replace my bow window with a bay window...they said there wasn't enough room to do it. Don was able to do it because of his knowledge and expertise. I'm very happy with my new windows!"

"Joe and his crew were terrific! Joe responded to my request for a quote immediately, scheduled a visit within a day of my contacting him and gave me a quote the day he visited to look at the project (no other contractor I contacted was able to give me a quote right away). I had several questions before the demolition and build began and he called, texted or emailed me right back with answers whenever I contacted him. His crew arrived on time every morning, were professional and worked very hard the entire time they were on site - they were never sitting around. There was a little rot that needed to be repaired when the old deck was removed and the crew did a beautiful job cleaning that up. The composite deck they built is beautiful and we've used it every beautiful-weather day since it's been finished. I'd recommend Excellent Exterior and Deck Company unreservedly!"

"Harpis Completely replaced the roof on my two family rental property <br /> built in 1902. In addition, they ripped out rotting box gutters, <br /> repaired decaying facia and soffit. They also took a chimney down to <br /> below the roof-line as it was in bad shape and wasn't being used. It <br /> was a HUGE job that many contractors didn't want to touch. They had a <br /> several month wait as they were behind in projects, but Bill (Harpis <br /> estimator) was upfront about that from the start. Bill was great, he <br /> took the time to answer my many many questions. The office kept me up <br /> to date on every step of the project and addressed my concerns <br /> immediately. They ran into some additional damage to the house <br /> (unforeseen) and ended up fixing it for much less than originally <br /> thought. A bat got into one of the apartments as they tore down the <br /> chimney and one of their guys came and got it out for our tenant. "I was really pleased that after he installed the exhaust fan we had a very severe storm and rain came in onto the stove.  The vent bought for the roof needed to be replaced and he came very quickly to do that work the next day, which was on a Sunday.  He was very polite,  responsive and knew what he was doing.  I would say he was great and have recommended his services to others."
