"After Superstorm Sandy, I could not get any tree companies to even answer their phone. I was lucky to get one estimate from a local company, but when I called them back to get the work done, they said and quot;call back in 3 weeks, we are too overwhelmed.and quot; When I left a message for Looks Great, he called me back within an hour, was at my house within 20 more minutes and gave an estimate. I hired him on the spot. They came back that evening, removed the tree off of my house within 30 minutes! Then, Jim came to my door and said, we have to remove the rest of that tree, it's a safety issue... I won't charge you any extra.and quot; I agreed, but I was in shock. This is New York; EVERYTHING costs extra! I saw them carrying heavy log after log, branch after branch to the curb. They worked so hard. Another 45 minutes. Then they raked the leaves too! I could not have been more impressed and more than satisfied! Then he came to the door and I thanked him tremendously and he said, and quot;I didn't just do it for you, I did it for your little one.and quot; (I live alone with a 6-year old girl). "AVA Electrical and Lighting Services were excellent. Lucas came to our home and explained what he proposed and explained why once we told him what we needed and why. Because of our project we knew, up front, there would be some delay. He gave us a fair price and installation date. Through no fault of his there were some delays which did not surprise us. At all times he kept us appraised of the status of the job calendar. Along the way he received a reduction of price the materials were going to cost him and, honestly, passed them on to us. His work was clean, neat and efficient. I would highly recommend his company and use him again should the need arise."

"It went much better then expected. They did a great job. They even added a little to make the finishing touches look that much better. When I came home from work that night I was so happy with the work. My wife and kids and Nieghbors all loved it. I priced others. This was the fairest and most professional. They were seriously good. The house was left clean durning installation and after they took them down. I give them 10 out of 10. I don't like recommending people, but these people were fair and honest. I hope they remain that way. I look forward to doing business with them for years to come. They helped make the holiday feel like a holiday."
