"Awesome work by Jeff Newman and his crew-mates: Andre and Alex! Jeff made the entire process easy, transparent and painless by taking the time to introduce himself and services offered, followed up quickly to answer my questions and presented a clearly organized and descriptive service menu of prices. Pricing was competitive with similar power-washing services, but MUCH better than power-wash (since soft-wash does not damage the siding or remove loose paint and does not chip off slices of soft blue-stone). Completely professional, upbeat, well-organized team. Showed up at expected time with a clean truck bearing expected signage and introduced very polite crew-mates. They worked hard (between rain drops) to finish the task with excellent attention to detail. Painted cedar siding is clean and blue-stone / flagstone walkway looks better than when we bought the house 20 years ago. I was SO happy they made me the first customer of the season so I can get started on (much needed) lawn renovation in time to take advantage of spring rains. Highly recommended service provider."
