Regarding the bathroom, in spite of agreeing to replace both the wall and the floor, including this service into the invoice, and agreeing again to do it via text, he didn't. He told me the vanity will fit perfectly into the opening in the floor, and it didn't. The plumber had to use a piece of wood the next day, and you can see the subfloor around the vanity.
