"I'm cautiously pleased and waiting for the final product before final judgement. The review will be updated after I have had more time with the service. I had a barren back yard (cleaned, tilled and raked before the seeding) and a weed-filled, spotty side and front lawn. They have been hydro-seeded by Simply Safe and I will receive regular lawn care including fertilizer, weed control, lime, etc. I was super excited about this company because they have local roots and my contact Mike has been a great communicator and ensured that the customer service will be A+ (customer service is really important to me.) However, this is the reason I'm cautiously pleased. No fault of Mike, the gentleman who installed the hydroseed, was not properly prepared and did not have enough seed to complete the job. He initially said he would return to hand seed the large swaths of land that were not hydroseeded. I called Mike and after a bit of back and forth, he informed me that they would not be able to return with the hydroseed but he would return with compost and seed and personally finish the incomplete job. I hesitantly agreed, fortunately, Mike called the next day to let me know he was able to get me on the next day's schedule for a completion of the yard by hydroseed as that is what I paid for and should get. I was pleased to see that they did return and hydroseed the missing areas. However, I had to call Mike and make him aware that the new hydroseed was a lot thinner than what had been done earlier in the week and I hope this was intentional to the lawn's benefit and not for the benefit of the company's profit margin. I will hold final judgement until I see the final results. Despite a few unfortunate issues that called for uncomfortable conversations, Mike has continued champion for the customer and ensure I'm receiving the A+ service he promised and I'm confident that I'll be raising this review to a 5-star with lots of great pictures and feedback!"

"Adam called me immediately and met me that same day. I hired the company and they cut my grass that same day. They used a ride on mower and my land is uneven so some areas were shorter than others. Two days later they spread 10 yards of hemlock mulch and recut some areas of my grass with push mower. They will use a push mower in the future. My yard now looks beautifully landscaped. Communication is definately key with this company. They aim to please!!"
