Three of the other four were unacceptable with not showing up for a scheduled appointment, even after several calls and planning the appointments. One company, who was recommended by a friend just did not respond at all. Aaron was referred by an associate. He was an excellent communicator staying in touch throughout the planning process as we had to wait out the extremely cold weather. Aaron also identified a specific requirement of my city's code for a wind and ice shield, which had not been mentioned by any other roofer. He made contact with my insurance company on two occasions and was able to get them to increase their original estimate for covering this requirement. Aaron always did what he said he was going to do. The job was completed by his crew in the exact time frame that he promised. They left the area perfectly clean. "435 Roofing responded immediately when we called hearing a leak. Come to find out, our roof was worse than we thought. Lloyd took pictures and actually met our insurance adjuster out at the house to review what he had found. Within a week we had a new roof ordered. We were able to see example locations of colors we liked and quickly got the estimate and product scheduled to be installed. Installation took 1 day and the team of seven (7) did an excellent job. The workers were on time and cleaned up after themselves. Lloyd did all the leg work in explaining to us how the process worked, even meeting with our insurance adjuster and performing another walk thru with them to review all the damage we had. After all is said and done, it has been 1 month and we are all fixed and ready to go into 2021 and new season with a beautiful new roof. We were very impressed and would recommend 435 Roofing! "Matthew called us and met with us and gave us a proposal .  We had one more proposal after his.  We liked Matthew best and thought he had a better cover for us.  We called him and he said he would call us as soon as he got supplies in and schedule us to come out.  He did and was at the house when he said he would be.  He had a good crew that finished in a half of a day.  When we met him to pay he got on the roof and took movie pictures of the job all the way around the house so we would not have to climb a ladder to see.  Very helpful to us, as we are senior citizens and it is hard for us to climb ladders.  We did appreciate his thoughtfulness and job well done. <br />"
