"This service started with excellent and friendly communication. She came to the house for an initial assessment, and quoted a fair price. Two days later, a comprehensive cleaning of my house was completed, despite the fact that I accidentally gave them a key to the back door instead of the front door, and the house looks amazing. Big things like a ceiling fan that looked like it hadn't been dusted in five years and an oven that looked similarly awful to little things like re-folding the hand towels in the bathrooms and kitchen were all done with great care.
