"Bought a house that required a bunch of minor repairs. Finding a contractor that was willing to do the work was a chore. Dave and his company were willing to do the work. They were awesome. From the many many forms for the mortgage company to inspections they are top notch. The crew was great and punctual. I can not say enough about the back office support. This project was a nightmare from the beginning but Dave and Bonnie got us through it. None of the problems came from them. This was a 203k mortgage and is very paperwork intensive. They got everything i needed done in a timely manor. I dont think i would have made it without them. Hopefully my next project will be less stressfull, i am sure Dave and crew will make it happen."
