He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and explained the process to me in detail. The tree that was needed to be removed had grown into the fence near it. It was a difficult job, stated to me by several tree experts including Big Twigs. Jon was the only company that would remove the tree AND stump. The other companies would not even consider removing the stump. The fence post was the only thing left at the area when the job was completed. Jon and his team did an amazing job!!!!!!!
