"I had a very good experience. They did an excellent job and did not charge me an arm and a leg. They installed a generator and transfer switch panel in my garage. They put in a whole house surge protector. These guys were professional, they explained everything, and they showed me comparable pricing their competitors had. This what 3 days before the hurricane and everyone wanted an electrician, I am sure their price was higher than it would be on an average day, but it didn't seem out of line for what they gave me. "WB Lightning Rods happened to be in our area 5 years ago when we had a massive lightning strike and damage to our home. They installed the rods within days of the roof repair and were patient with our questions. Fast forward 5 years, after our recent roof replacement, I asked if they could come out and inspect the rods placement. They are extremely busy due to the stormy time of year but were good about contacting me with updates on when theyâ  d be back in the area. They contacted me when they were in a nearby town, set up an appt for a few days later, showed up to the appointment promptly and spent a generous amount of time, materials, and effort making sure the rods were straight and secure again. Very happy with the service, their professionalism, and work. I recommended them to our neighbors and would definitely have them install rods on any future houses."

The price was agreed upon during the first visit when they came to see exactly what needed to be done. (This first visit was without charge because of being an Angie's List member.) AFTER the electrical work was done, they not only took the time to teach me how to safely hook up the generator and manipulate the circuit box, but we did a full run through to make sure I knew how to do everything COMFORTABLY and to make sure we knew for a fact what I can and can't run when the next hurricane arrives. (They even took the generator from the box and assembled the last few items for me.) The best part was that I did not have to ask. THEY wanted to make sure I was completely comfortable so if/when the next hurricane arrives, getting power back to my house will be done quickly and with ease. I will definitely hire them again for any electrical need. They go well above and beyond for their customers."

"Technician knew what he was doing. Work was completed quickly. Cleaned up after himself. Provided me with all warranty's and explained any issues that may occur and what to do if they did. Reviewed all work completed and physically showed me what he did which included added surge protectors to the HVAC system, full house generator, cable system and the circuit breaker panel. He also went above and beyond and removed some nasty hornet nests near his work area. Definitely will use him again."
