"I had a very good experience. They did an excellent job and did not charge me an arm and a leg. They installed a generator and transfer switch panel in my garage. They put in a whole house surge protector. These guys were professional, they explained everything, and they showed me comparable pricing their competitors had. This what 3 days before the hurricane and everyone wanted an electrician, I am sure their price was higher than it would be on an average day, but it didn't seem out of line for what they gave me. AFTER the electrical work was done, they not only took the time to teach me how to safely hook up the generator and manipulate the circuit box, but we did a full run through to make sure I knew how to do everything COMFORTABLY and to make sure we knew for a fact what I can and can't run when the next hurricane arrives. (They even took the generator from the box and assembled the last few items for me.) The best part was that I did not have to ask. THEY wanted to make sure I was completely comfortable so if/when the next hurricane arrives, getting power back to my house will be done quickly and with ease. I will definitely hire them again for any electrical need. They go well above and beyond for their customers."
