"I had my house windows CLEANED (inside/outside)--not repaired. The house is almost 30 years old and the windows (to my knowledge as 3rd owner) are original to the house. Premier came out and cleaned the windows as requested. After they left I noted some areas that seemed hazy on one side of the house. They returned to re-clean those windows in front of me (from the outside while I was inside), and it was clear that it wasn't their products nor cleaning ability but the age of the windows that had a haze that could not even be scraped off. I was satisfied with their patience and professionalism in handling my return request. I would hire them again."

This was a $69 big deal purchase for three hours of housecleaning. It went okay; they came three times and were efficient and pleasant. They seemed to run a little late or leave a little early. They just seemed to be rushed either with traffic or getting to the next job. But the work they did was satisfactory. They came that morning after I purchased the first deal or the next morning and did two $69 sessions, one upstairs and one downstairs. Then they came once, maybe several weeks later to do kind of a catchup. They were not as thorough as the first time.  I contacted them again by email through Angie's List recently but have not heard back from them.
