"I lived in this house for 20+ years. The basement was always damp and at some points flooded. Since the work was done, the basement has been bone dry for 2+ months. I'm still trying to wrap my head around it as I'm so used to the basement being wet when it rains. I'd recommend them to anyone. The crew, headed by Philip, truly worked their butts off. It was heavy exhausting work to excavate and rebuild the basement walls, as well as jack hammering out the concrete basement floor to put in the French drain, pour the concrete, etc. But they took great care & did a fabulous job. They even came and worked on a weekend when we were being threatened with a tropical storm to make sure that the basement was properly secured enough to withstand the storm (which thankfully did not come)."

The concrete and landscaping work that Mike Normile did here at my home is excellent and has really changed and improved the exterior appearance of my home. He also did extra things free of charge. Everyone who has surveyed the completed job has remarked about its excellence. Mike and his crew showed up on time, worked hard, and were trustworthy and professional. The total project took longer than expected because of weather delays. Mike was always available in the evening to discuss the progress of the work. I was also able to contact Mike after the job was completed and paid for and he came back and did a few little things. This was a big project that I put off doing for at least ten years. It was expensive but well worth the money. I am glad that I finally went ahead and got this work done.
