"Previous landscaper installed a dry creek, used rocks that not only added nothing to enhance the yard, but was, in fact, an eyesore. Rick and his team replaced the rocks, which now blend with the rest of the yard. The new rocks make all the difference in the world! Instead of looking like someone just dumped unwanted chucks of rocks, it looks natural and yet professional done. It is neat, blends well with other areas, and is inviting and welcoming. The front landscaping is beautiful. One friend said that my house looks "happier." I couldn't agree more. The entire team was courteous, focused, knowledgeable, and hardworking. "Soon after we bought our house we discovered that the back yard became a swamp for many days after a heavy rain.  The house was suffering water damage near the foundation and everything was just a mess.  I called Bobby and he came over the same day.  He listened to me as I explained the problem to him and came up with the solution of installing french drains.  This was on a Friday and Bobby started the job the following Monday morning.  I can't say enough about his crew; they worked so hard for three days, even during a very heavy rain.  Now our yard drains properly and we can start to repair some of the areas that were water damaged in the past.  I will certainly hire Bobby and his crew again. <br />"

"<br /> Matt was very personable and knowledgeable about the different aspects of laying tile. This was impressive and I hired him on even though the price was a little more than I anticipated.At first, everything was going fine until the start time agreed to was rarely met by Matt. One day I waited and waited but he never showed up all day, with not even a call. Later, I found out that Matt was doing multiple jobs at once and mine seemed to be fit in where it could be. After 3 weeks I didn't have one room finished and Matt's 2-4 hour work times per day at my place surely was to blame. Matt also said he could put in hardwood floors, so I hired him to do that at the first only to find out later he had made a deal with 2 other men to do the installation. I had never met them and Matt never told me about hiring it out, but after speaking to these men I felt confident to proceed and they did a wonderful job. I eventually let Matt go before the job was finished because of a lack punctuality, lack of committment to my job, and sub-par work in general."

"The work was great. They could not meet original install date due to weather and back log of jobs. Had to call the office several times to see when they might be able to schedule the job, said they would try to work me in before I was to go on vacation, which they did. <br /> The only issue I have with this job was that the work crew showed up one afternoon with no advanced notice, lucky I was at home because no one from the office told me they were to be there, no notice at all.  <br /> The driveway looks great! <br />"

They took their time and were meticulous every step of the way.They cleaned up the area spotless when they were done. Rusty called us after 2 days and made sure we were 100% satisfied and set an appointment to come back, so HE could look the job over and address any concerns we have, or if any part of the job was not to their standards, they would replace it at no charge to us.Their big concern was that we were 100% satisfied.
