"Excellent and TRUE test of a contractor experience I had a larger construction job - drain fields - being renovated but that company didn't do irrigation systems. I needed TradeWinds to show up on a specific day, on short notice and execute the job to install an irrigation system and sod. That part went very well - but the true test was that there were complications later that needed to be addressed. I called - they responded and remedied the issues. ANY company can sell you a service once - but not all of them come back when you need a little help/service after the sale. GREAT follow up. THANKS."

"I got Robert's name from AngiesList to install a electrical junction box for a light fixture replacement. Talking with him on the phone he was professional and he was able to come right away to my home. He was very professional in person and on the phone. He explained why a junction box was not installed by the builder, and than set to installing one. First he cleared the area of carpets, and than he kept his work area clean and had positive tool control. Once the box was installed he installed the light fixture, bulbs, and even repaired the holes left in the ceiling from the previous light. Upon finish he tested the lights, adjusted them to how I wanted them, swept and cleaned up any mess made, and put the rugs back into place.The second job was to repair sliding glass doors at a rental we own. He again came the same day and had the doors cleaned, adjusted, greased, and working like new again. He was very professional. <br /> The one thing that sets him apart from others is that he believes in customer service. If I had a problem with a job he completed I would be confident he would fix it to my satisfaction. He is part of the 'old school' mentality of customer service and standing behind his word and work. Very trustworthy."

"Boston, the owner, was very responsive, and came right over to look at our pool.
