"I called Excelsior when my washer stopped mid-cycle. They were very friendly, and scheduled a service appointment ASAP. Robert arrived on the early portion of the appointment window. He was very professional and courteous. After thoroughly investigating the situation he determined a small sock had become lodged within the mechanisms, which had jammed up the entire machine. He removed and repaired, and my washer is as good as new. He left the laundry area cleaner than when he arrived. I highly recommend Excelsior, and will hire them again if the need arises."
