"He doesnt communicate very well and ignored every attempt I made to find out how he accepts payment so he came out finally one day and completed the work while I was out and then told me he does not take bank cards and expected cash. Every time I spoke with him about coming out to survey my property, his cost estimate kept rising and I could never get him to send it via text or email to freeze it. So I didnt know how much it would cost until he was done and wanting to be paid. Luckily, I convinced him to accept a check."
