"Good! He responded to my initial request quickly, presented me a contract for an estimate for work to be done. There was an understanding that replacement of sprinklers and repair of any broken lines would have to wait until system was usable. He arrived on time to complete the first phrase of the work. Once the system was running he proceeded to check all individual sprinklers having to replace about a dozen. I did have to call him back, not his fault, one valve was defective and would not work as it should and he had to replace it. He suggested that the controller be replaced, I disagreed. Later he convinced me that the controller needed to be replace so the system would work correctly. He replaced the controller and the system works as I wanted it to, comes on and off at the desired days and time. I would definitely recommend him, friendly, professional, good worker. I will be calling him again. The price below was including all parts and labor."

He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. "Artificial turf looks good. Some of the plants have died. It's only been five months since the job was completed. All the other items are of fair to poor quality. Concrete areas have to be re-done by another company because it has cracked within days to weeks of it being placed. Concrete splashed on retaining wall which was never removed/cleaned by Andres. Paint on fencing chips away easily. He said he would remove the splashed concrete off the wall but never returned to finish the job. As I stated earlier, I have to pay $3K+ to have the concrete done again. Haven't gone through an entire rain season so still don't know how the drainage system works or not. Would never hire him again."
