No Sub Contractors, Head installer has been with Vista for 27 Years, Local owners, Free Estimates, Storm windows and doors, Screened in porches.

"It took five months to get the job completed. While the project was underway, I had to call a meeting to address the lack of progress on completion. Craig actually told me that he and his wife were concerned that I wasn't going to pay them. Craig was dishonest with me concerning the hold up. He told me the factory was the issue. My wife has a contact at the factory and was able to find out that Craig was late putting in his order with our windows and apparently had a couple of other issues before the windows would be produced and shipped. I can't begin to tell you how offended I was from being lied to and accused of being a deadbeat.. I had begun making calls to find another contractor to complete the work. Once Craig corrected the work that the building inspector noted that needed to be brought into compliance with code, Craig was paid within 48 hours. I have had a couple of warranty issues and one repair (not warranty related). Craig's company has refused to take any calls from me or my wife. As a result, I've been working with different contractor with regards to my windows. The factory and the other contractor have been decent to work with."

"They promised us they could assist us over the phone to program the new keypad and garage door openers we purchased. When it came time to help us the person on the phone was impatient and said we would need a service call. When the service technician arrived it took him no time at all to program them and he admitted it was something that could have been handled over the phone. I disputed the charge for the service call and the office personnel I spoke to was very short and snippy with me but promised to discuss with the owner and call me back. I hesitated when she said this and she reassured me that she would definitely call me back. I waited 3 days. She never called back and my check was cashed. My husband, whom they spoke to, had a 20+ year career of working with complex motherboards of equipment so it was definitely not an issue of him being unable to follow the instructions given. I absolutely feel that they were just trying to fleece us out of the cost of a service call. It is absolutely the last money they will ever receive from us."
