"When they finally got to it, the workmanship was outstanding. We made our downpayment in October 2024 but the work wasn't done until June 2025. I'll admit the weather was the main obstacle, but communication from them was sparse. Emails I sent them were not replied to for days or weeks, sometimes not at all. Another peeve: they did put down a drop cloth below the skylights being replaced, but nevertheless there was a light coating of fine sawdust on floors and furniture outside of the drop cloth. But the new skylights do look great!"

"Highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. Extremely satisfied with the project work. Has water leakage into the house above the living room double windows. At first thought that the source was a roof overhang above the window. Angel gave an estimate for the work assuming it was the source. However, he warned that source could be from cracks in to mortar of the rock façade and would not know until some of the interior dry wall above the window and the roofing on the overhang was removed. Unfortunately the overhang was not the source of water intrusion. Thus had to remove the rock façade to find the source. Anel gave me a revised estimate for the work needed. So the damaged exterior wood was replace and interior drywall section replaced. The outside section where the rocks were removed was properly waterproofed. Instead of rock had this section replace with bricks. Also since the second floor window just above the leak and the double living room room window were in need of repair or replacement, had these windows replaced. Angel kept us informed as work progressed. His crew were very respectful and knowledgeable. The project results were extremely satisfying. As the project was being completed, my neighbors were very much impressed with workmanship and beauty of the work. Again highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. I anticipate that I will use them for future projects."

The workers arrived on time replaced damaged roof from storms and vented the roof, and installed new shingles and skylights. "Professional, quick roof replacement. Good cleanup. The crew of 5 arrived at a little after 7:00 AM and left just before 7:00 PM, leaving a crisp new roof in their wake in one day. It was like watching a military squadron execute a perfect operation. The roof was half done by around 10:30 AM! The afternoon was spent installing the new shingles and doing the slow, painstaking trim work like caulking, sealing, flashing, & paint-matching. The owner was there frequently throughout the day to observe progress and be held accountable for the job. We waited 4 months until we found this roofing service and went with them instantly based on their price+performance proposition."
