I was greeted with a polite smile along with a pleasant and professional attitude by him. After, we discussed several job projects (trash can area , circular high rise centerpiece for front yard, walkway to mailbox, enclosed wall around fire pit, and a L-Shaped wall to house a grill on the outside patio) I was pleased with our conversation especially after he showed photos of their work, the job comes with a 1 year warranty, and reassuring the work would be done in a timely manner. He recommended we consider pavers instead and recommended a company he knows and has worked with. He did email us an estimate for both projects. I contacted the other company about pavers & we decided to do that in place of the decking. I was very impressed that Brian was honest with us and didn't just rebuild the deck, knowing that it would not last. As for the ramp, he and his crew arrived on the day we expected and did a great job of removing the old ramp and building the new one, cleaning up afterwards. When they completed the job, they sent me “before” and “after” pictures to show me the work they completed. They expertly completed all the work in a very timely manner.
