Don’t think by this that I mean they did a rush job because quite the contrary, these guys went the extra mile to make sure they did an excellent job! They gave me better material than they quoted and they left me with extra shingles and supplies for when the next storm hits. These guys take pride in their work! They did all the little things that add up to a great job! They put their nails in in a straight line for Pete’s sake. If there was a spot that was questionable if it should get a nail or not, it got a nail every time. "Received a quote from a salesman at APS. Once we signed the contract and scheduled a day for the work to be done, we were "ghosted" by the salesman. I had emailed with questions about the job and no one emailed me back. After a week or two I contacted the company (APS) and was told the salesman had not shown back up for work, but no one at APS had bothered to let me know what was going on. I was told that if we wanted to cancel our contract, we would receive a refund. After many weeks, we received a check for only 1/2 of our deposit. I couldn't believe that under circumstances, beyond our control, APS would not try to make it right and issue a full refund for our deposit. I will be sure to tell everyone I know about the horrible service I received from APS."
