"Gomer Basave brought a team of three to four men to construct a 180 foot trench for proper drainage from the landscaped garden to the back of the property. It took six days to build the trench as well as lay the pipes and test the water flow. Throughout the construction, the team worked hard to create the trench and the work was supervised by visits from Basave to the site. Starting with the estimate and proceeding with the work, Gomer Basave was an approachable, responsible and honest contractor who worked with his team to complete the project. The job was not an easy job but Gomer and his crew worked continuously to create a trench that could transport water away from the house. We greatly appreciated working with Gomer and his crew and hope we have the chance to work with them again on other projects."

We had both a lawn and putting green installed and they are still in the same condition as the day they were completed. Great customer service and the installers that came out were outstanding. We had an issue with a mole burrowing under the lawn. They sent a representative out and he did an excellent job on the repairs and even added sand to the putting green. Couldn't be happier."

"Eduardo and his team are fantastic!! We purchased a fixer home with a .33 acre lot, so there was lots to do. The grading was all wrong creating lots of sitting water that was causing damage, old fences and decks were rotting away and hazardous and things were pretty ugly. Eduardo listened carefully to our ideas and even offered some input that was really helpful. He took into consideration our young children and dogs, and what we wanted for our home. The prices are very reasonable for all the hard work and materials. Everyone always arrives on time, usually early. The guys are always so happy and extremely nice. My toddler adores them. In the end, our project consisted of new fencing all throughout the backyard, french drainage system, new trex deck, pavers, concrete steppers, astroturf in the back and front yard, retaining wall with stone facade, planter boxes, new trees and plants, landscape lighting and more! We are loving the yard now and getting so many compliments from neighbors. We want to be outdoors all the time now and entertain. This yard was in horrible shape before and a major undertaking. Eduardo and his team were so professional and left the site immaculate everyday. They stuck to the timeline given and we now have this beautiful yard in both the front and back to enjoy. "I have used About Green twice in the past 3 years. Our backyard has a lot of trees and very tall tree-type hedges. Since it was a major part of the reason we bought the home, we want to maintain the health of the landscaping back there. Vince and his team scaled and thinned/trimmed a couple very tall redwood trees, removed an unhealthy leaning tree and trimmed/maintained many other trees on our property. Vince is a pleasure to work with and very friendly. He is extremely knowledgeable in all of the trees that we have and suggests what service to do on each type of tree based on his knowledge of each. He explains it very clearly to us who don't know much about the subject. His work is quality and his goal is 100% customer satisfaction. On this last visit, they spent a few hours trimming a tree-type hedge and when I came home from work, I wanted it around 3 feet lower. Even though it meant repeating the work for a few hours, Vince did it without any argument. To me, that was a true test of customer satisfaction. They complete the work in a timely manner, over a 2 day period. They cleaned up the yard like new and disposed of a ton of trimmings (never seen so much in my life). I never even consider another tree service besides About Green. I plan to have him come out after summer to suggest some landscaping ideas as I haven't used him for that before.."
