Once the water leak was discovered and the subfloor damage was assessed. A repair plan was quickly in place for the leak. Plus a plan to restructure and build a stronger subfloor. Our main expectations/requirements were a regular shower pan, the shower walls and the flooring, all done with quality porcelain tile.
