"Tremendous experience. The Shake Guys replaced our cedar shake roof with DaVinci composite. Chris Paulus was our main contact and he was professional, courteous, responsive and honest. We had issues with a prior roofer and had to change course part way through the project. The Shake Guys took over and put all of our concerns to rest. I canâ t say enough positive things about this company and the way they conduct business. The crew handled our roof in five days. They worked extremely hard and long hours. The crew genuinely like each other and had fun while they were working. There was a job supervisor on hand to address any questions or issues throughout the job. "After reviewing several roofing companies on Angi and elsewhere, as well as one family recommendation, we went with Seidel to have all the singles, underlying materials, and gutters replaced on our ~ 25 year old home. The first thing to know about this company is that Udo is a knowledgeable professional who is happy to answer any questions leading up to the job, and assist with things that can be challenging, like getting permits or working with HOAs. During the work he checked in multiple times and even supplied some photos of the roof while the crew was up there, to confirm boards were all OK. In short, he doesn't miss details and does a great job communicating throughout. We went with a higher grade of shingle and supporting materials, and so far (after 30+ days and several storms) the overall quality looks great. I don't anticipate any issues through the coming winter, but will update should anything warrant it. Can fully recommend Seidel and we are also likely to use them for a siding project, based on our positive experiences with the roof."
