Meanwhile they are sending me a bill for the service they performed. I told them I would not pay it until the lawn was fixed. 10 weeks after they have not fixed my lawn and it is a complete mess. "Went well up front. Careful of there ten year guarantee. Had them come so we could finish our bathroom in our basement. We Finished our basement after they finished their work. Five years later the leak reappeared in the exact spot it was when we first contacted them. When we called to tell them about the leak, they told us we have to rip apart our 8K bathroom to prove them it was their work. The leak was in the same spot when they originally came out. Because of this I would not recommend them. The rip out and the replacement is on our dime. I think the guarantee is very Limited."

"We could not be happier with Bob and his company. Today we were looking for someone to remove a stump, after several people came by and said the job was too big, Bob was recommended. He was here within 30 minutes and said he could do the job. He would be back Monday or Tuesday (7/25-7/26). 45 minutes later he called back and said he had an opening today and could do it now if we wanted. Bob was back within the hour and the stump is gone and the hole filled in. Bob and his crew are polite, friendly and great at what they do. We will be using them again and would highly recommend him to anyone."
