This month during the recent storm the roof was leaking very heavily in exact same area it leaked last time that led to the installation of the new roof. I contacted Charles Stewart Roofing and provided with video of leaking with water streaming from ceiling and pictures of damaged ceiling etc. Charles promptly responded via text message promising to repair the roof. Luckily into the incredibly thorough cleanout and removal down to the insulation they found it to be squirrels . they sealed all access points and shared photos. "Bob from Roof Masters reached out within minutes of me requesting a contractor from Angie's List. I was able to schedule an appointment with him within only a few days after our first conversation. During our initial meeting, Bob listened very patiently as we explained what our roof and gutter needs were. He then explained in great detail the products that Roof Masters offered. He stayed until late in the evening patiently answering all of our questions. He explained step by step how the installation would take place. He and his crew arrived right on time the day of the installation. When Bob arrived, he made sure to introduce me to his job foreman in case I should have any question during the process. His crew was very helpful when my family members needed to leave the house while the project was in full swing. They made sure to personally escort each member out of the house safely. His entire crew was friendly. Afterwards his crew cleaned up all areas around the outside of my home.
