"Needed fencing installed to keep groundhogs from taking up residence under our deck. Brady came up with a creative and complete solution that made sure the varmints were out and would not return. Would use again."

"I can’t thank Jim enough for the work he and his crew did. I needed some repairs done on my house to pass a VA appraisal and I needed them done quick. Not only did Jim come out the next day to assess the damage. He had his crew there in a couple days. The guys were very professional and kept me updated their progress the entire time. These guys did quality work and were able to complete the repairs in one day. Everything went great on the re inspection and the appraiser even commented on how well the work was done."

"Josh who took the estimate was very professional and friendly.
The crew that put up the fence would not be a crew I would hire. They in my opinion either was too young or needed training in customer service. There was alot of laughing and joking going on and complaining. The problem began when there was miscommunication about what I wanted done between the crew and Josh. I spoke with Josh by phone and he told me he told them what I wanted. I did not want any space under the fence and where I wanted my fence connected to my house. I have a small dog and was afraid he may get out.
The first mistake was putting the vynyl front of the fence in the wrong place. When they were done noone rung the doorbell to let me know they were finish so I looked out my window and they were gone and the fence was put in wrong. They had to come back about an 30-60 minutes later which now was about 6:00 p.m.and the whole time they complained about being late getting home and how they were going to miss dinner. It was not my fault they did not look at the drawing to see where everything should go!. I had my son take the border out before they put the fence back in the right place, but they had done the opposite side of my house with the boarder in place and it had about a 3-4 inch gap. I did not like this but was too afraid to ask them to fix it with all the complaining.
Steve did tell me he spoke with the crew and did not know why they were complaining because they get paid for overtime. He did ask me if I wanted him to fix it but with no one here but him and I. I decided to buy rocks to feel in the space. I was hoping to get a discount for them but that did not happen!
We need customer service back in America.
"
