"1st the response of emailing a need to inspect. Our place was inspected, The 2 young ladies showed up with regular cleaning supplies & well the floors were cleaned nicely, yet, the rest of details weren’t cared to to cleaned. Example, stove top still had residual grease around electrical burners full stove unit. Vent above wasn’t touched, drawer on bottom of stove was not detailed clean, grease spots bit even as handle. Cabinet Much more to place, yet not worth it. Not trained cleaners."

"I would not recommend this company. The crew arrived late, did not work efficiently, and left an hour early. There was also a lot of time spent walking around without actually working. My project specifically involved large weed removal, which was agreed upon in advance. However, partway through the job, I was told they couldn't complete that portion because there wasn’t room in the trailer—despite there being available space in both the trailer and the back of the truck, especially if tarps had been used. Instead, the team shifted to removing small weeds (which I didn’t need), stating they had to fill the 8 hours per Eric, the owner. Our contract clearly outlined 8 hours of labor, and the $250 trailer fee for removal was supposed to be separate from that work time. Despite this, the crew left early, saying they needed time to drop off the trailer. I reached out to Eric three times and requested that the team return to complete the job as agreed or to issue a partial refund. He has not responded. (Ironically, he was very responsive when securing the job—something echoed in other reviews.)"

"Mac’s was AMAZING! Josh, Shane, and Hunter were friendly, professional, courteous, clear, concise, clean, funny, efficient, and made a very emotional milestone move in our lives stress free. Mac’s moved my mom from a 3-bedroom home in IL to smaller townhome in retirement community in WI. We lost my dad beginning of September 2022, and mom made a difficult decision to sell our childhood home and stay the course they’d had to move to WI to be closer to my wife & me. Mac’s took the wheel and before we blinked day was over and mom was in her new home. We will be forever grateful for brilliant skills from estimation, packing, breaking down adjustable beds and setting up, and even helping mom decide on where some bigger sentimental pieces might fit in her new downsized home."
