"Very well. I dealt directly with Steven, the owner. He was always timely and always did what he said. If he said he would call on a certain date, he called even if he had not yet obtained the information discussed (there were others who failed to make return calls even though they assured me they would). I had been told that the door could not be repaired and must be replaced, which would have been quite costly. Steven stuck with me and came up with a creative and affordable repair solution. In addition, he was willing to stick by his estimate even though more work was required than he initially thought. I paid him the extra to ensure that he was fairly compensated, but he would have graciously accepted the estimate he had given. He was professional, nice and did a quality job.
