That’s just some of the words I would use to describe the work that Perfect Landscape did for some tree removal at my house. I had estimates from 6 or 7 tree removal companies referred to me by Angi’s and Perfect Landscape was the most reasonably priced. They came twice to my house, first removing a very tall dead ash tree in the front yard on Friday without using their crane. They then came back the following Tuesday and used their crane to remove a tall oak tree (which was close to my house) from my fenced back yard along with a neighbor’s oak tree that was split and sure to fall on my house at some point if not removed. I can’t say enough about the great job Ryan and his crew from Perfect Landscape did. They were efficient, courteous and cleaned up any leftover tree branches etc. from my yard, the street and anything that may have fallen in a neighbor’s yard. The owner Rodney was very reasonable and generous adding an additional tree to their Tuesday workload, again at a very reasonable price. The use of their crane was essential to lift out my huge dead oak tree from my fenced back yard without having to remove the fence or damaging the yard or house. Three cuts and lifts and the tree was gone. Likewise, they removed a neighbor’s tree from between our front yards again using their crane. I highly recommend Perfect Landscape if you need any trees removed and want it done in a timely and professional manner. "Hired for lawn service. Had to contact everyone to see what the schedule was for service. Said they would come out if needed but were missing yards because of the rain and then didnt. Final service they blew grass all over everything and didn’t properly mow and weedeat everything and then they cancelled service before I could."

"The first summer went well. They were timely and my lawn did well. Last summer (2018) I pre-paid 5 treatments. I had to call in the middle to end of June to see if they were coming to begin the first treatment (by this time any pre-emergent treatment was way past due and my lawn was a mess). I had to call them again for a second treatment and also asked for some consultation as my lawn was looking the worst it had ever looked. The representative who came out was not at all interested in listening to me and just kept saying "well you have that tree there..." and etc. and did not offer any suggestions for a quickly disappearing and weed infested back yard lawn. At the end of last season I had more dirt than grass in my back yard and asked them to come out again. They said they would but never did. When I spoke to people in their office they kept telling me that they were sorry but that they were short of staff and etc. I would never hire these people again and am now left with a dirt yard and wondering what to do."
