"I needed stucco repair work on an old chimney (and other spots). Grady was meticulous and thoughtful on what approaches and materials would work. Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. Total project cost was also below other bids."

"We changed the service from tree removal to tree trimming. They did a great job with the trimming and cleaning up. I have a problem with their not being reliable when I was told days and times that they would be there, and then not showing up or calling."

He shared his analysis of my door problem and the past mis-repairs and told me what needed to be done to correct the situation. I could tell right away that he was a quality source and there would be no shortcuts here. Jay added refinements to the major fix to make sure that everything was in perfect working order.
