"I had Champion Waterproofing do my house July 2017 and I THOUGHT they were great. The previous owners had a system in place, but it turns out they were ripped off. So, I had Champion come in a redo the work and put in a brand new pump. The crew was very polite and walked me through the process - I will give them that. However, whatever was done or something is broke, the flow of the water has changed and my basement is wet like never before. My brand new carpet is ruined. I have been calling Champion for MONTHS! ... I started calling back in March. It is now going on July and I have not even been able to get them to come to my house to assess the issue. They keep giving me the runaround and telling me that the foreman who completed the job last year, needs to come out. Fine. But, at the end of the day - I did not write a check to the foreman, I wrote a check to Champion Waterproofing. Now they were quick to come out and take my money, but honoring their LIFETIME warranty is a joke. I feel awful, because I have recommended them to other people. I know they have other professionals who can come out to at least "look" at what needs to be fixed. I am so disappointed and stressed. I will NOT and do NOT recommend them to waterproof your house."

"work was to be done during the last 2 weeks of july, tried calling them to confirm 6-7 times they were unresponsive, left message that i would find someone else to do the project.\ and i wanted my deposit back$ 4200.00,. that got a response they would be out the next week this was end of august, i was told this would be a 2-3 day job on the roof , they tried to do it in 1 day they worked 13 hours during the rush they damaged my siding and my gutters, there men told me they were paid to do this as a side job, the guys worked hard , they left a few odds and end to complete the gutters i told them i would take care of they were supposed to bring the material to complete ,but they never did and again my phone calls were unanswered .they promise alot but do not deliver.then they ignore you once they have your money, thats not the way to do business. i hope this save someone else the aggrevation i experienced"

"I would never hire them again. I worked directly with the owner, Craig. He did not complete the work himself, and it is clear his crew were inexperienced and the cheapest possible labor he could find. * The wood they used is full of knots, broken, and twisted. Obviously the cheapest they could find. * Most railings and posts are split, broken and crooked. None of the joints are flush. * Boards are splintering and cracked. The final edge was split prior to being screwed down. * Chunks of scrap wood were used to cover mistakes. The cuts were obviously eyeballed. * Stairs are barely hanging on. Incorrectly installed, and already failing. * I could go on and on. I wrote to Craig directly three months ago with photos to get this corrected. He pushed it off several times and no longer responds to my messages. I am incredibly disappointed and it will likely cost several thousand dollars to correct his work."
