"This was our second project with Anthony. The first project involved replacing steel lintels above 2 French doors and chimney repointing. The second project was a complete rebuild of a second-story deck. The deck structure was failing so Anthony saved the roof structure and removed the rest of the deck. This was a very challenging process. He built new support posts and attached a new composite deck floor with vinyl railings. He replaced the roof shingles with a very cool black metal roof with a light aluminum under roof. We loved working with Anthony on this project. He is very professional with written estimates and explained every step of the process. He handled all communications with the code inspector. We will definitely have Anthony come back for future projects."

"Spoke to Andrew. I have a historic 80 year old home with hardwood throughout. Unfortunately from a previous owner there were 4 scratches on the living room floor from furniture. The rest of the floor is in great condition. Andrew informed me his company would not fix small furniture scratches and would only refinish the entire floor. This is a large living room and the imperfections needing fix are small. Plus the floor is 80 yrs old. It's historic and has beautiful colors from it being old. You can't go to Home Depot or a flooring store and find floors like these. I do not want to lose the beauty of my floors when the imperfections are so small that I want fixed. I told him this. He went on to tell me that he understands where I am coming from but per his own standard the areas on the floor would not match. I told him that would be ok with me. The areas are small. A small difference would be no big deal. He Basically told me he would only fix small areas of imperfections if he personally laid down the hardwood. Well my floors are 80 yrs old. He never came to my home. Wanted to only know my room size then would email me a quote for refinishing the whole room. I wish he would have taken the time to make an appointment and see my floor. He did not want to stating he would just not refinish/fix a small area. Honestly. It felt like my job was probably to small and he had no interest. I told him I'd sign a contact stating I'd be ok with the small areas not matching (they really are small areas!) and he was just completely not interested. Only would redo the entire floor. I do not think what I am asking is unreasonable. To state this with never even seeing my floors. He told me he had 18 yr experience. I would imagine he when he does refinish floors there probably well done. I was just upset and not impressed with the lack of even trying to help me. Came off very one minded especially when I told him I am ok with the areas not matching perfectly."

"Transport happened two days late even after an uplift in service to assure the vehicle move happened before or on the target move date. My main issue was the communications of an issue, I was informed the morning of the day the vehicle was suppose to be off the property. Then there was no projected date for resolving the issue that I could pass on the the new property owner and no lead time to allow me to find other carriers to handle the move. Auto Transport - United Freight Of America did continue to work the issue and a new transport was provided two days later however I found out about that 1 hour before the truck was going to meet me at the property. I had arranged to have an alternate transport occur on Friday just before I got the call however I was able to cancel the Friday transport. The C rating would have been a B if there was more communication and if there was a maybe selection for "would I use them again" I would have selected that."
