"The crew did a great job installing 125' of vinyl fence and gate.  They navigated around thick shrubs and trees while maintaining a level, straight line. They did it in a timely manner and minimized messing up the yard.  Although vinyl fencing is expensive, pricing seemed very competitive with other bids secured. The crew chief was personable and attentive to our needs.  We really couldn't ask for a better experience.  Certainly would use their services again and highly recommend to others."

"The process of working with Advanced Construction Concepts was outstanding.  They listened to our needs and developed a beautiful design.  The design was developed via computer design to enable us to see how the finished project would look.  That was very helpful and enabled us to make a few alterations.  Work started on this project on June 14, 2012 and conculded on December 14, 2012.  They kept us informed each day of work as to what would happen the next day and week.  As the project entered the finishing phases they assisted us in choosing colors, flooring, and finishing touches to enhance the building.  Several times, they brought suggestions for us to consider which they felt would make the finished project look better or work better for our particular needs.  We are very grateful for their suggestions and now that the project is finished, their suggestions were outstanidng and we can't imagine the building without those elements.  Advanced Conctrustion Concepts is very creative, skilled, and considerate of their clients needs.  We are very pleased to have the opportunity to live in a home they helped create.  We admire their outstanding work each and every day.  What a joy. <br />"

We had a very unique design and style concept for our home and Sussex was the only builder in the area who was comfortable taking on something outside of the traditional Montana style custom home. Sussex provided a very detailed quote and detailed project plan which made it easy to understand and to monitor. Sussex provided a tremendous amount of support in picking out all the details of the house which would have been overwhelming. We were not quite in by the original target date, but Sussex went above and beyond down the stretch to get the home done by our adjusted move in date. They were incredibly responsive to the few issues we had over the course of our first year in the home. Wonderful experience. If we ever get the opportunity to build again, it will be with Sussex."

"Warmzone has been very responsive. However, the installers made mistakes installing the system and when they went to correct it, somehow caused damage that made the system inoperable. They had to come back a year later and redo it. Now it works pretty good. Every time I've had questions Warmzone has been very responsive. i would use them again--but use their recommended installers and not my contractors who did it last time. <br /> One caveat: The system doesn't always work perfectly in very cold weather with fast accumulating snow. We have old-fashioned clay brick pavers. Next time I'll send Warmzone a sample of the pavers so that they can test for the power needed to operate the system effectively. <br /> But--they sell a great product and they're very helpful to deal with. They'll get right on the phone with you and troubleshoot, even long after the sale. <br />"

"It has been almost a year now and the roof has held up great with no issues or problems. The owner’s at America’s Choice were very fair in negotiating a discounted price on the roof because of the mistake in shingle color. I am pretty excessive compulsive when it comes to quality when paying for services and was probably a challenge for them. I must say in looking back that they were professional in handling the issues fairly and I genuinely liked them. I originally rated this job a C but would now rate it a B to B+"
