I was extremely impressed by how they scaled the large tree to cut huge branches and lower them down carefully so that they didn't fall into the neighbors yards. They were extremely courteous, always there when they said they would be, very kind and patient with my special needs son - even taking the time to show him various tools and explain different steps to him which he loved - and cleaned up each day like they'd never been there. There was no loud rap music, cursing, or other socially unacceptable behavior that you often find with construction crews! I also know that there were several "surprises" the guys found when they tore off the shingles which they took care of without charing me more, such as a few places of roof repair etc. The work came out beautifully and I am now about to re-hire them to consider another job."
