"<strong><em>We attempted to obtain bids from two other local  providers and didn't even receive return phone calls from them.  After obtaining Terry's name from Angie's List, we telephoned Terry and he was in our home within the hour to give us an estimate.  The estimate was somewhat broad as it was not possible to determine how difficult it would be to remove the old wood flooring that had been glued to the cement slab in our kitchen-dining area.
