All Green Tree service downed by sectioning and cleaning branches with that chipper/grinder. "The person who came to give us an estimate gave us a fair price however told us that they wouldn't be able to remove the stump without damaging the fence. We explained the fence will be getting replaced in the near future to which he responded that when that time came to call them and they will come back out to finish the job. When we called to schedule this, it took 3 weeks to get an answer back from the company. When someone finally called us back, they told us that they would charge us $100-150. This is not what was discussed initially and the tone of the person calling us was rather abrupt and off put that we insisted it was. He stated it "wasn't in our contract", when both my husband and I know that it was agreed they would come back out to finish the job. The tree work that was actually completed was fine by the team that came out that first day, (trimming and tree removal(not stump) and the price was reasonable. But the customer service is awful. I cannot recommend them based on their inability to uphold an agreement and response time to get back to us on it."

As a matter of fact, Lauren did come out here this past week to evaluate the needed work of removing part of a dead tree on the outside of my property that had broken off and fell on my gate, smashing it in two pieces. My valued champion/ obedience titled dog had escaped the night before and I was in the throes of also dealing with finding him. Not only did Lauren remove the tree part so I could hire a fence company to repair the fence, but he went back to his office and with the help of Nicole, the office manager, located the Facebook page for lost and found pets which put me in contact with the family who had taken my dog in for the night. What an amazing and ethical group the people are at ACORN Arboricultural Services!!! Love them and can't say enough about them! Deeply appreciate this company."
