"I have used Cabinetry Ideas for three different projects over the last three years. Their work has been exemplary on each project. We had our kitchen updated three years ago with new cabinets and countertops and new backsplash. Nancy was very helpful in creating the design and choosing the materials. Ray and his crew were excellent with the installation. Nancy guided me in the right direction but never made decisions without my input. <br /> <br />Because I trusted her so much and appreciated the way the kitchen turned out, we then had the guest bathroom completely renovated two years later. It is done with beautiful tile work in shades of blues and greens. <br /> <br />Then the following year decided to go ahead and have the master bathroom completely renovated. That was a more complicated project because the shower was to be in large with no curb. That meant the bathroom floor had to be lowered via the crawlspace. Nancy then called in Steve Baker Construction to help with the project. It was a time consuming and lengthy process due to the fact we wanted the entrance to the shower to accommodate a possible wheelchair. Steve did everything in a precise, detailed and extremely skilled manner. We certainly appreciated Nancy recommending him to us for the completion of the job. <br /> <br /> We have been completely satisfied with all three projects that Nancy has done for us. <br />We would and we have recommended her to others. <br /> <br />"

"See above. I certainly felt for my inconvenience, the work should have been discounted some. The only relief was the reimbursement for the time my contractor had to spend repairing Mr. Cooper's goofs. I was told that Mr. Cooper was having some health problems, and I am sorry for that, but those who contract with the public have an obligation. Mrs. Cooper and her son did make a valiant effort to make things right, and the cabinets do look so much better than they did. However, my two week remodel turned into a 4 1/2 week remodel, inconveniencing me and my contractor. I certainly hope my experience was the exception, not the rule. It has taken me several months to decide to put this information out there because I believe they are good people and their intentions were good. Nevertheless, it was not a great experience - at best it was a C/C- experience. <br />"
