"JDM is one of the best contractors I've ever worked with. They are my go to for all concrete works and I've used their services extensively. A 70'L x 12' tall 2'thick Keystone retaining wall with 2 bends, footings, a 100' sidewalk curb, 1200 sq feet of crushed stone leveling and ground prep. Thousands of sq feet of landscape grading. They've been been spot on every time. For example, the retaining wall, has both low point drainage and face drains, with stepped geogrid tiebacks. This is how a proper retaining wall is done. They even trimmed the geogrid fabric around the blocks 100% pro grade retaining wall. Get complimented on it by other contractors all the time. Footings were 2'round and 1'round dug 4' deep, well below frostline, positioned right on center for steel posts. Ironworker gave a "dang, these footings are dead nuts". The concrete walk had 2 vectors of fall, 2% linear fall and 1% lateral. There are relief scores every 6' and its edges properly shaped against chipping. Obviously mother nature doesn't play nice and poured concrete does its thing, so I bet I could bust out my micrometer and laser level and find some +-% somewhere, or some place where concrete leaked through forms. Its real life and poured material doesn't always obey. I read some bad reviews here and I must say, am surprised. If you communicate to Danelle and Melvin what you want done EXACTLY they will get it done to your speciifications as close as anyone I've worked with. Danelle shows up on time to do the estimates, bids are quick and fair, and the invoice has always been at or below bid. Melvin is a top tier foreman. Asks what you want before every job. He does exactly what you say, so some of the negative reviews could probably have been more thorough with their instructions. Specify depth, degree of fall, give them the architectural prints. You will get what you want. If you want precise results, give precise instructions, and JDM gives me the results I want every time, bar none. I'll build my retirement home on their concrete."

"John came out and price it up (the second time in two years).  When I asked about a time frame to do the work he was several weeks out which was fine by me.  Paid my 50% deposit.  A week or so later he said he had an opening and they were over ripping everything out and got all the demo done, the patio formed and re-bar installed.  This was a Friday.  Saturday they were back and poured the concrete, did all the stamping, and staining, expansion joints, and put in the border.  Sunday they were back to pressure wash and seal it all and were done.  <br /> I had gotten 3 prices and he was the lowest by a couple of grand.  He had good references and reviews on Angie's list so I went with him. <br /> I needed him to come out about 6 months later to fix a chip (caused by me) and he did at no charge.  We are very happy with it.  A hot tub sits on one end and I've not seen any cracks <br /> We've been very happy with it. <br />"

"We hired Jeff last year when we were getting our house ready to sell. There was drywall repair that you couldn't even tell that had been patched after he was done. Hung numerous light fixtures and they all looked amazing! Replaced glass in broken windows, replaced outlets and put in a new sump pump for us. He hung crown molding in our kitchen which turned out so amazing! He fixed doors that had fallen off the hinges and just got every little detail ready to go, The house was looking so good that the guy that bought our house asked for his card and wanted to hire him for future projects.  <br /> <br /> On to the new house.... Then came back and put everything back up and made the basement look ten times better than it did when we moved in. In our main floor of our house Jeff put in all new light fixtures and faucets and finishing touches that made the house less "rental property" and more "home".  Everything he touches just looks amazing afterwards. <br /> <br /> <br /> No as far as today...We have hired Jeff again to come assist us in a major remodel of our main floor. Taking out walls and giving it all and open concept feel. Refinishing our formica countertops to a concrete counter top, moving outlets and etc...etc. Its nice to know that we can trust him to come work when we are not home, he does awesome work and communicates with you through out the whole process. He is great at being cost effective and we can't wait to see how great our house is gonna be when its all finished this time around!"
