"Mailbox repair: we agreed Felipe would call before coming, he just showed up. He sent a text, said he arrived, would be done in 20 min & wanted payment, (not how we agreed to communicate but ok.) I came in 15 minutes but 90 minutes later he still wasn't done so I had to change my schedule again. Finally he finished. I reviewed his work then sent his payment via zelle per our agreement. I even included a $50 tip. He had connection issues & couldn't see the payment. I showed him proof of payment, forwarded the proof via text at his request, (which he couldn't receive) so I even let him take a picture of my phone screen showing proof of payment. I told him I was moving, had movers scheduled & since I was now delayed close to 2 hours I had to go & would check back to confirm the payment processed. When I checked back, I had received a threatening text, see image, that he would come & break my mailbox if I didn't resolve the issue. He finally rec'd the payment. I rescinded my tip. Beware!"
