We had a vision on renovating it to give a more nature-y Joshua tree vibe (one of our favorite places). After interviewing quite a few contractors, we met Brandon from Encore and we knew we had our match. Brandon, Oz, and the entire team were amazing from the start. Every job will have an issue or snag or miscommunication and every single time something came up, Encore Builders were there to correct, adjust, adapt, and make sure that everyone was happy. We were never ignored like I have read happens to people sometimes with home improvement companies or landscaping companies. The lovely job itself included a riverbed addition and decorative gravels. Brandon and Oz went over all the options for different rocks and I found what I thought worked best with the color scheme of the home. Highly recommend this company!! "Wonderful contractors. I hired Isaac and Rudy to do a big job for me. Pave a large area around my pool, replaster my pool, and then pour concrete over a separate area in my backyard. Everything looks great, and I couldn’t be happier. Most importantly, they didn’t drop off the face of the earth once payments was made. They took care of me from start to finish and afterwards. I will definitely be hiring them again for other jobs."

"Pacific Outdoor Living were top notch from start to finish. The job was relatively small (40' pathway), but required demo and removal of existing concrete up 2 flights stairs). The sales team was responsive, and at first we thought the cost of the job seemed expensive. We went with Pacific as the sales team/bidding process was very professional, informative and engendered trust that they would deliver. Following acceptance of the bid, there was some difficulty getting the job scheduled, but once the job was initiated - it went very smoothly, and quickly. We could not be more pleased with the results. We had questions and concerns during the job, that were quickly responded to. The crews were all very professional and cleaned up after themselves and the job. We will make only one call next time we have a paving stone need!"

"Mr. William Haddad did an excellent job on our site. He communicated with us on every step of the way, giving thorough explanations of the work in progress and the steps and timelines involved. His workers were respectful and courteous. The job involved demolition of the old walkway and replacing it with a curving walkway up to the front door. It turned out perfectly and was completed in three days. All the work, from start to finish, was very well done. When the job was completed, all excess materials were removed and the landscaping was returned to original condition. Really an excellent outcome!"

"This was a very large project .The backyard was cleanup of 10 years of declining gardening and debris involving grading, resloping and placing degraded granite. Then there was the new design and installation of an irrigation system to support the new landscaping and sod installation in another part of the backyard. In the front we widened the driveway which involved root hacking, digging, laying re-bar and pouring and finishing down the new concrete. Yosef and his crew were responsive,capable and courteous. We felt the fee was very reasonable for such hard work. We are very pleased with the results."
