"We are very pleased with everything Sunco provided from the nicest customer service (Ryan), window cleaning (Justin), to the senior discount! Best window cleaning I have had in 10 years and the very best customer service I've experienced since moving to Gig Harbor! Comparing the cost of the job is hard because I only had one other estimate which was a little bit less price but the man was very honest with me about why he didn't really think he would do the best job on my very high windows!"

"Stewart always does an excellent job of at a reasonable price"

"He was prompts showed up on time. Did a good job cleaning my brush used a soft wash system. I’m very thankful for what he has done for my house and my carport."

"The scheduling was extremely easy and fast - they were scheduled the same week I contacted them. They arrive within the window stated and completed the job in the same window. The gentlemen were very professional and curious, leaving my fireplace cleaner than when they arrived. The chimney was extremely dirty with soot and they cleaned it out and it now draws better than ever before. They did recommend one fix to the fireplace which we will do if we decide to keep the wood-burning fireplace and not replace it with gas (which we are considering). We will use this company to service our chimney going forward and would highly recommend them."

"I was pleased to the speed of the reply, the cleaning company followed directions and did exactly what I asked. They also gave me a senior discount. I would give them 6 out of 5 stars!"

"I tried Intestate because they had great reviews. He was running a little late but communicated to me to let me know what time he would be there. James was very efficient and fast. He also used special wash that repelled dust and debris. My windows look amazingly clean. It was inexpensive and professionally done. James was very pleasant to talk with too."

"Very friendly and informative over the phone. Able to discuss various options to address moss and gutter cleaning. Cleaned up property after."

"I had a water leak around a window. Jorge promptly came and inspected it as well as all my windows. He took pictures of what he found. Very little caulking around the windows and there were gaps in it. He showed me the pictures and we discussed the work that needed done. With the Fall rain season upon us, he was able to quickly schedule the work. I really appreciated this. Once he completed the work, he took me around and showed me what he did. It looks much better than the previous caulking! I recommend Jorge for his attention to detail and efficiency. I am going to keep in him in mind for any future needs and definitely call him."
